Beta application privacy

When you apply for Recountio beta access, we request your name, work email, firm name, team size, and an optional description of what you want to improve. Please do not include client records, tax information, passwords, or payment details.

How we use your application

Rick Ardito uses this information to review your application, contact you about onboarding, and discuss your beta participation. Applying does not automatically approve an account or enroll you in a paid subscription.

Services used to process it

The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, Supabase to process the submission, and Resend to send your application to Recountio’s email inbox. The application is retained in that inbox for review and follow-up. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Your choices

You may apply directly by email instead. To request correction or deletion of your beta application, or ask a privacy question, contact rick@recountio.com.
